Nick Rajski serves as the Territory Manager for AUI Fine Foods, overseeing the Connecticut and Upstate New York regions since May 2023. Previous roles include Department Chair and Assistant Professor of Hospitality at Ivy Tech Community College, where Nick was responsible for course scheduling and internship recruitment. Nick's leadership in the culinary field is demonstrated through positions such as Room Chef for Boyd Gaming, Culinary Instructor at the Illinois Institute of Art, Front of House Supervisor at Viand Restaurant, and Chef de Cuisine at Japonais. Nick holds multiple degrees in Hospitality Administration and Culinary Arts from prestigious institutions, including The Art Institutes and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts.
