Kathia Reindl is an accomplished food safety and quality management professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Innovations at AUI Fine Foods since July 2013, Kathia oversees a range of responsibilities including management of HACCP, SQF, and GDP standards, FDA/USDA regulatory compliance, and food safety troubleshooting. Prior roles include Quality Assurance Manager at Gate Gourmet, where management of food safety and quality for a large in-flight kitchen was undertaken, and Sample Coordinator at Maple Leaf Foods Inc., focusing on SOP development and compliance with regulations for frozen bread products. Kathia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from Virginia Tech and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Strayer University.
