Valentino Sammarone started their work experience as an Assistant Lab Technician at Apex Mills in May 2015. Valentino then moved on to become a Quality Assurance Quality Control in May 2016 and held the position until February 2017. In 2019, they joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a Lab Technician for SAS and worked there until November 2021. From November 2021 to June 2022, Valentino worked as a Project Manager at Prime Matter Labs. Currently, they are employed as a Global Supply Chain Project Manager at Augustinus Bader, starting in June 2022.

Valentino Sammarone completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Hunter College. Valentino attended Hunter College from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied Human Biology at the University at Albany, SUNY from 2013 to 2015.
