Roland Myers has extensive experience in human resources, holding senior leadership positions such as Vice President of Human Resources at Augusta Sportswear and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at both Springs Global and Springs Industries. Additionally, Roland served as Director of Human Resources and as Plant Manager at Springs Industries. Roland holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Winthrop University, earned between 1976 and 1981.
