Laura Sturtevant has a diverse work experience in human resources. Laura is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Augusta National Golf Club since September 2022. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at The Walt Disney Company, including Vice President of HR for Consumer Products, Games, & Publishing at Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products from May 2020 to September 2022, and Vice President of HR for Consumer Products at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products from November 2019 to May 2020. Before joining Disney, Laura worked at Carter's/ OshKosh B'Gosh as the VP of Human Resources for Retail, eCommerce, Wholesale, and Strategy from 2005 to October 2019. Laura also has experience at General Electric as an HR Manager from 2003 to 2005 and at Unilever as an HR Manager from 1999 to 2003.

Laura Sturtevant attended Southern Connecticut State University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
