Douglas Freeman possesses extensive experience in housing authority leadership, currently serving as the Deputy Executive Director at Augusta Housing Authority since April 2002, and previously held the position of Director of MIS at Wilmington Housing Authority from 1995 to April 2002. Freeman holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University, obtained in 2018, and has also pursued advanced education in Management and Leadership.
