Katherine Shook, RD, currently serves as a Physician Assistant Student at James Madison University since August 2019. In addition, Katherine holds the position of Clinical Dietitian at Augusta Health since October 2013 and previously worked as Lead Clinical Dietitian at Compass Group from December 2010 to July 2013. Katherine completed a Dietetic Internship in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Maryland in 2009 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2008.
