Crystal F. has extensive experience in nursing administration. Crystal served as the Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer at Augusta Health starting in August 2018. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles at Henrico, Parham & Retreat Doctors' Hospitals. Crystal was the Chief Nursing Officer at Parham Doctors' Hospital from October 2016 to August 2018, Chief Nursing Officer at Retreat Doctors' Hospital from July 2014 to November 2016, and Director of Medical-Surgical Services at Henrico Doctors' Hospital from June 2010 to June 2014.

Crystal F. has a diverse education history. Crystal obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from James Madison University between the years 2020 and 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Nursing Administration, earning a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from Virginia Commonwealth University between 2008 and 2011. Crystal F. started their educational journey in 1994 at Southside Regional School of Nursing, where they obtained a Diploma in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse, completing their studies in 1997.

In addition to their educational background, Crystal F. has also received the certification of FACHE from the American College of Healthcare Executives in January 2023.
