Steven Liu, PhD started their work experience as a Laboratory Demonstrator at the University of Oxford from January 2019 to December 2019. Steven then worked as a Junior Advisor at St Cross College, Oxford from September 2018 to September 2021. After that, they joined Augusta Aiken & Associates as a Junior Consultant from September 2022 to March 2023, where they gained expertise in financial micro-specialist headhunting. Steven was promoted to the position of Consultant and successfully helped clients hire experienced professionals in various roles. In August 2023, they assumed the position of Head of Asia at Augusta Aiken & Associates, where they lead business development, team management, candidate sourcing, and market research. Additionally, they are involved in the opening of new offices in Singapore and China to facilitate collaboration opportunities.

Steven Liu, PhD obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Oxford. Steven completed this degree from 2017 to 2022.
