Naz Harrison currently serves as the Global Head of Learning & Development at Augusta Aiken & Associates, a boutique talent specialist in the financial services industry. Naz has extensive experience in learning and development, having previously held leadership roles at JCW Group, Skills Alliance, and Phaidon International. Responsibilities have included driving global L&D strategies, overseeing onboarding and staff development, and delivering training across various organizational levels. Early career achievements include roles as a Senior Consultant at Black Swan Group and Manager at Maldon Partners, alongside leadership as Union President at the University of Brighton Students Union. Naz holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Marketing from the University of Brighton.
