Augusta Aiken is the founder and CEO of Augusta Aiken & Associates (AAA), a specialised financial talent acquisition firm. Prior to starting AAA in 2018, Augusta worked as the Head of Quantitative Team at Shadowhound Ltd from 2017 to 2018. Augusta also had a brief period at Gardening Leave in 2017. Before that, Augusta worked at Selby Jennings from 2012 to 2017, where they held roles such as Head of Quantitative Trading and Research for Quantitative Fund Management (QFM) and Research Analyst.
