Sophie Bridgens currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at August, a luxury real estate and co-ownership business in central London, focusing on enhancing employee well-being and fostering professional growth in an inclusive environment. Previously, Sophie held the position of Relationship Manager, ensuring high service levels between the company and clients. At Oranga Tamariki—Ministry for Children, Sophie worked as a Youth Justice Officer and Case Manager, supervising at-risk youth and managing comprehensive care plans. Additional experience includes working as a Children's Support Facilitator at Aspire, assisting individuals with disabilities, and supporting exchange students at The University of Waikato. Sophie began their career at New World NZ as a Checkout Assistant. Educated at The University of Waikato, Sophie earned a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Japanese.
