Thomas Fuller is a seasoned executive search leader and board director with extensive experience across various sectors, including consumer, life sciences, private equity, and technology. Currently serving as a Partner at August Leadership since September 2023, Thomas previously held the role of Managing Director at ZRG Partners, LLC, where Thomas also led executive searches and leadership projects. Thomas's board experience includes independent directorship at Tingley Rubber Corporation and leadership roles at NACD New Jersey, where Thomas served as President & CEO and Chair of the Nominating & Governance Committee. As a managing partner at Epsen Fuller Group for over two decades, Thomas specialized in executive recruitment and leadership consulting for multinational companies. Additional experience includes directorships at AESC and IMD International Search Group, alongside previous roles at Johnson Smith & Knisley and the Accessory Network. Thomas holds executive education credentials from Wharton and a bachelor's degree from Fordham University.
