Yaara Slootsky (Offir) has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. yaara started their career at The Academic Department of the Students Union, where they served as the Head of the Academic Assistance Office from April 2012 to May 2013. yaara then transitioned to The Students Union in Ben Gurion University, working as the HR Manager from May 2013 to June 2014.

In 2012, Yaara joined NOVA Project as a Strategic Consultant to an NGO. yaara provided strategic consultancy services to the organization from October 2012 to September 2014.

Starting from 2014, Yaara joined IWI Int'l as part of the planning, control, and integration team for the Vietnam project. yaara played a crucial role in the erection of an industrial factory from scratch. Their work involved project management and overseeing a team of 40 Israeli employees and 600 Vietnamese. yaara was with IWI Int'l from November 2014 to October 2015.

From 2015 to 2021, Yaara worked at AVIV AMCG Management & Consulting. yaara began as a Consultant from October 2015 to October 2017 before being promoted to Project Manager and Head of Strategy and Industry Sector. In their role, they led and managed end-to-end projects, optimizing efficiency and productivity across multiple industries and departments. yaara excelled in operational excellence and LEAN methodology, creating and defining processes, methodological tools, and cross-organization tools for project management. yaara successfully led complex and multidisciplinary projects, including budgeting and ensuring timely delivery.

In 2021, Yaara transitioned to Seebo, where they worked as a Solution Engineer from August 2021 to September 2022. yaara then joined Augury in August 2021, holding the role of Solution Engineer.

Throughout their career, Yaara has demonstrated expertise in project management, strategy, operational excellence, and consultancy. yaara has effectively managed teams and delivered successful outcomes in diverse environments.

Yaara Slootsky (Offir) began their education at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2010 and completed their Bachelor's Degree in an unspecified field of study in 2013. yaara went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in business, management, and marketing at the same university from 2012 to 2014.
