Annie Hathaway serves as a Welfare and Engagement Advisor at Richmond upon Thames College since September 2023, while also working as a Counsellor at Augmentive since April 2023. Previously, Annie was the Head of Student Welfare at KLC School of Design from March 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities included creating a Welfare Department, developing individual learning support plans, and conducting welfare workshops to enhance student well-being and academic success. Annie's extensive experience in counseling includes roles at Integrated Neurological Services and Place 2 Be, along with volunteer and assistant positions in various organizations. Educational qualifications encompass a BA Hons in Sociology from the University of the West of England, alongside multiple certifications in therapeutic and relationship counseling.
