Regev Erez has worked in various roles since 2009. Regev began as a Company Commander in the Israel Defense Forces in 2009. In 2015, they became an Education Instructor at The Mae Boyar High School. From 2016-2018, they worked as an Operator at AMAREL LTD. Since 2018, they have been working at Augmented Intelligence (AUI\u2122) as Director of Product Management, Product Manager, and Data Operations Manager.

Regev Erez completed a Bachelor's degree in Management, Sociology and Anthropology at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended The Mae Boyar High School from 2006 to 2008.
