Alishia Wallace, PMIC, CAM, has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Property Manager and Area Manager at Audubon since May 2021. Prior roles include Multi-Site Property Manager and Property Manager at Grubb Properties from December 2011 to March 2021, where Alishia also held positions as Assistant Manager and Leasing Manager. Previous experience encompasses roles at Wilkinson Real Estate Advisors, Inc. as Multi-Site Assistant Manager and Leasing Agent, as well as positions in the restaurant industry at Ruth's Chris Steak House and Carrabba's Italian Grill. Alishia's education includes a Licensed Property Manager certification from the National Apartment Association and real estate training from Wyatt Real Estate, complemented by coursework at Greenville Technical College and College of Southern Nevada.
