Karen G. Fooks, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, has extensive experience in community management, currently serving as the Maryland Division Director CMC/SCS and General Manager at Associa since August 2017. Prior to this role, Karen was the General/Property Manager at Antigua Condominium from February 2007 to June 2017 and worked in office/property management at Pyramid Condominium from May 1990 to February 2007, where responsibilities included administrative tasks and part-time supervisory duties as Management Relief. Karen's education includes courses at Anne Arundel Community College (1993-1994) and Wor-Wic Community College.
