Luke Newcomb is an executive leader and consultant for mergers and acquisitions. He has more than 30 years of experience in EPC projects within the oil and gas industry, both in the US and internationally. As an Audubon board member, he serves as Nobel Energy’s US representative focused on domestic strategy, corporate systems development, and international integration.
Prior to joining Audubon, Luke had a long career with Wood plc, a British multinational engineering and consulting group. There he held regional business leadership roles involved with EPC projects while living in the US, Middle East, and Caribbean.
More recent roles held by Luke include Vice President of Strategic Projects and President of Strategy – Western Hemisphere and Senior Vice President and General Manager of Wood’s Saudi Arabia operations. He has consulted on owner’s capital programs, mining capital projects, and merger-and-acquisition due-diligence.
Luke graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and has been certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
