Later that year, they joined London School of Business & Finance as a recruiter before transitioning to XcelHR in 2015 as a recruiter, specializing in accountancy, IT, sales, and other professionals.
From 2015 to 2017, Niki worked for Randstad USA as an executive recruitment consultant, contributing to the company's status as the second largest staffing company in the U.S. Finally, since 2017, they have held the role of senior vice president at Audley Consulting Group, providing IT solutions and outstanding service to clients across various industries.
Niki Sehmi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Middlesex University, which was obtained from 2001 to 2005. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2000, Niki completed A'Levels in Psychology and Sociology at Kingston College. Additionally, Niki holds an Executive Recruitment Consultant Status from REED.
