Kris Hoffman has extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering roles, currently serving as Co-Chair of the Employee Resource Group "Wellness from Within" at Trust & Will since December 2021, where efforts focus on addressing mental wellness challenges in the workplace. Prior to this role, Kris worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Trust & Will, contributing to the development of a streamlined online estate planning platform that has assisted countless families. Early career experience includes a QA internship involving manual and automated testing, as well as engineering positions at Keepmake and Teknix Concepts, and engineering and teaching assistant roles at Studio West and The Recording Arts Center. Kris has educational qualifications in Java Programming from UC San Diego Extended Studies and an Associate's degree in Recording Arts from The Recording Arts Center.
