Ruslan Desyatnikov is a highly experienced professional with over 19 years of experience in the software testing industry. Ruslan started their career in 2002 as a Global Test Manager at HSBC, where they managed multiple global projects and offshore teams with over 100+ testers located in 5 different countries. Ruslan was responsible for organizing, building and supporting HSBC, and managed a $7+ million dollar budget for Testing Center of Excellence. In 2006, they joined Sterling Infosystems, Inc. as a Director/Vice President of Global Quality Assurance & Testing, where they managed 30+ onshore/offshore resources with a $1 million + budget. Ruslan was promoted twice from Senior QA Manager to Director level and VP level titles, and reported directly to the Chief Information Officer. In 2012, they joined Citi as Global Head of Testing - Worldlink Technology, and later as a Sr. Global Program Test Manager/Senior Management Consultant. Here, they managed two complex Testing Programs (Wholesale cards and Payments) consisting of 7 different projects for 5 internal bank clients, and was a member of 350+ Global Testing Center of Excellence practice. In 2017, they joined Forbes Technology Council as an Official Member, and also co-founded TestMatick, where they provided direction and leadership towards achievement of the organization’s mission, strategy and corporate annual goals and objectives. In 2020, they co-founded STEP OneStepAhead (QA Mentor Company) and in 2021 they co-founded Geniuskidszone. Ruslan is also the Founder & CEO of QA Mentor, Inc., a multi-awards winning CMMI Level 3 DEVELOPMENT + SERVICES v2.0 appraised ISO 27001:2013, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 20000-1 certified leading independent software testing company headquartered in New York, and Co-Founder & CEO of QA EliteSouls, LLC., and Occygen.

Ruslan Desyatnikov has a diverse educational background. Ruslan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Information System from Baruch College in 1998. Ruslan then went on to obtain an MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2005, specializing in Technology Management. In 2019, they completed a Certificate Program in Mastering Growth from Harvard University, focusing on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Ruslan also attended The Wharton School in 2019 for Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In addition, they obtained an Associate Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University in 2004. Ruslan also holds Professional Certification for NeoLoad from Neotys and Software Testing from Brainbench.
