Luca Galanti serves as the Marketing and Customer Care Director at AudioNova Italia since April 2024, following a tenure as Partnership and Product Director at ITA Airways from April 2022 to April 2024. Previously, Luca held the position of Partnership Director at Gympass Italia from January 2019 to June 2022 and was the Head of Retention at Sky from June 2016 to December 2018, overseeing a team focused on reducing churn and driving retention campaigns. Early career experience includes roles at Sky Italia, where responsibilities ranged from marketing retention management to product and business innovation analysis, along with initial positions at Global Strategy and Ersel as a stagist. Luca holds a Laurea specialistica in economia aziendale from Università Bocconi, attained in 2010.
