Isaias Anthony Contreras Diaz is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support and infrastructure management. Currently serving as Jefe de soporte e infraestructura and previously as Supervisor de soporte de TI at Audiomusica since August 2016, Isaias has demonstrated expertise in managing Windows operating systems, Windows Server configurations, and supporting applications, including SAP Business One and RetailPro. Prior experience includes work as Especialista en servicios de soporte at HBriones Comercial from October 2013 to June 2016. Isaias holds a degree in Cybersecurity from AIEP and a Technical degree in Networks and Telecommunications from CFT Icel.
