Diana Metcalf has extensive experience in product management and software development. Diana currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Management at AudioEye, where they have held various roles since joining in 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Lumen Learning from 2017 to 2020. Diana also has experience as a Product Manager and Managing Director at Atura, where they led the team in building chatbot SAAS solutions for financial services companies. Diana began their career at Circulation Data as a Software Developer and Analyst, delivering IT solutions for magazine subscription systems. Diana also founded and owned their own company, Spence, before working as a Software Developer and Analyst at Open Box Software. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated proficiency in technologies such as C#, .Net, HTML, SQL, Linq, CSS, and JavaScript.

Diana Metcalf's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Cape Town in 2014-2015, and an MBA Exchange Program from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in 2015. In 2006, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Only (BCom Hons) in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town. In 2003-2005, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology from the University of Cape Town. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Introduction to Spreadsheets and Models and Fundamentals of Quantitative Modeling from Coursera in 2016.
