Yuri Kucher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Yuri started their career in 2007 at Ness Technologies as a QA Engineer. In 2008, they joined ECI Telecom, where they worked in Post Sales and V&V until 2014. Yuri then transitioned to AudioCodes, where they held various roles. From 2014 to 2019, they served as a QA Team Leader, and starting from October 2019, they took on the position of QA and Automation engineer.

Yuri Kucher attended Makif G from 1994 to 1999, where they studied Electricity & Electronic systems. Yuri then went on to enroll at SCE from 2002 to 2007, completing their Bsc E E degree in the field of Electricity and Electronics.
