Kelsey Tanner is an experienced educator and language professional currently serving as a Spanish Teacher at St. John's Prep since September 2024. Tanner has also worked as an In-House Transcriptionist at Audio Transcription Center since October 2020, specializing in accurate transcription and translation of audio materials in both English and Spanish. Prior experience includes serving as a Language and Culture Assistant with Junta de Andalucía from January 2014 to August 2024, where engaging lessons were developed to enhance students’ language skills and promote cultural appreciation. Internship roles include contributions at New England Public Media, focusing on bilingual content creation, and at the Worcester County District Attorney's Office, providing support for victims of abuse. Tanner's academic background includes a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from VIU, a Master's degree in Spanish-English Translation from UMass Boston, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Delaware.
