Carolina Arenas has a diverse range of work experience in the music industry. Carolina started their career as a Press Manager at Bullseye Productions in 1999. From there, they moved on to various positions at Universal Music Group, including A&R Coordinator and Production Coordinator. Carolina then took on the role of Strategic Marketing Director for Fonovisa & Disa and later became the Sr. Product Manager/A&R for Machete Music, where they managed major artist and recording budgets and led marketing for successful albums. Carolina also worked at The Latin Recording Academy and ManageMe Enterprises, Inc., before joining Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI) as the Director of Writer-Publisher Relations for Latin America. Carolina is currently the Head of Latin America Sales at Audio Network.
Carolina Arenas received a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Business & Management from Florida International University in 2012. Prior to that, they attended California State University, Northridge from 2009 to 2010. Carolina also holds an A.A degree in Music Business from Miami Dade College, which they earned between 2001 and 2005. Carolina completed their high school education at SAGRADO CORAZON from 1989 to 1997.
