Jess McCarten is currently working at Sie Ventures as the Head of Operations and the Head of Platform & Community. Previously, they were a Creator Partnerships Manager at TikTok, Chief Community Officer at The Rattle, a Fellow at Foundervine, a Lecturer at Notting Hill Academy of Music, and a Co-Founder at CLOUD X. Jess also has experience as an Artist Manager at ROAR Global, an Artist Management Assistant at Sony Music Entertainment, and a Voice-over Artist at Global Radio. They have a Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a BA Hons in Drama and Screen Studies from The University of Manchester.
