Tim Ferguson has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of communication and events. Tim started their career in 2000 as an Associate Creative Director at Mosaic Communication and Events, where they gained valuable skills and developed their approach to presenter coaching. Tim then joined Audience Communication and Events in 2002 as a Creative Director and later transitioned into the role of Manager of Business Development. In 2005, Tim became the Chief Executive Officer of Audience, where they provided strategic and creative communication services to clients globally. In 2021, they became the Co-CEO of the company, working alongside Patrice Caira. Tim's work at Audience focused on creating meaningful change and delivering impactful communication solutions.
