Mariana Sousa Aguiar is a design and audio specialist with extensive experience in sound design, audio engineering, and research. Currently serving as a Designer Sonoro at TSF - Rádio Notícias and as Co-Founder and Head of the Audio Engineering Department at Audicin, Mariana focuses on the study of binaural beats and immersive sound. Previous roles include Técnico de Audiovisual at dizplay soundlab, personalized sales at El Corte Inglés Portugal, and various positions in academia and cultural institutions, such as Investigator at NOVA FCSH and Social and Marketing Representative at the University of Derby. Mariana holds a Master of Arts in Music Production from the University of Derby and is pursuing studies in Musicology and Ethnomusicology at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
