Karen Boulton has extensive experience in the automotive and airline industries, currently serving as Co-Chair of the Disability & Neurodiversity Employee Resource Group at Volkswagen Group UK Ltd since October 2021. Prior to this role, Karen has held multiple positions at Audi UK since January 2007, including Network People Business Partner and various managerial roles in people development and communications. Previous experience includes working as Direct Marketing Manager at easyJet and various marketing and customer relationship roles at Mercedes-Benz UK Ltd. Karen holds a BA Hons in Modern Language Studies from the University of Leicester and completed a year of study at the University of Tübingen.
