Adam Baker is a highly experienced professional in the motorsport industry, currently serving as the Managing Director (CEO) of Audi Formula Racing GmbH since August 2022. Previously, Adam held the position of Project Leader for Formula 1 at AUDI AG, where the focus was on developing the brand's entry strategy into the FIA Formula 1 World Championship. Prior to this, Adam served as Safety Director at the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA), working on solutions to enhance safety in motorsport globally. Adam's extensive background includes leadership roles at BMW Motorsport, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing race programs and powertrain development. Adam also has experience as an F1 Engine Engineer at Cosworth Racing. Academically, Adam holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Melbourne.
