Koen Muylaert is an experienced professional specializing in production and process management, particularly in pretreatment and electrophoretic deposition, currently working at Audi Brussels since April 2017. Responsibilities include overseeing the protective anti-rust layer application, managing chemical and technical installations, and ensuring quality and compliance with process specifications. Previous roles include R&D Project Leader at Eastman Chemical Company, where Koen led multiple research projects, and Post-doctoral Researcher at Ghent University, contributing to pilot research in collaboration with Cargill.
