Matthew Brown is a Senior Computer Vision Engineer at Audere since September 2022, previously serving as an Applied Computer Vision Scientist at Bright Machines from October 2019 to January 2022, where Matthew developed advanced vision algorithms for factory automation. Prior experience includes a role as a Contract Software Development Engineer at Microsoft, contributing to the open-source simulator Microsoft AirSim, and as a TAMG Perception Specialist at Drexel University, focusing on deformation analysis and LiDAR data processing. Additional positions include Robotics Engineer at Penn State University, Analytical Lab Co-op at W. L. Gore & Associates, and a Mechanical Engineering Co-op with NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. Matthew holds a Dual Bachelor and Master of Sciences degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University, completed in 2018.
