Eric QUINQUENEL possesses extensive experience in customer service and operations management within the luxury watch industry. Currently employed at Audemars Piguet since June 2008, Eric has held multiple leadership roles including Expert en flux de distribution, Customer Service Projects and Support Manager, Client Care Operations Manager, and Head of the European Customer Service Center. Prior to this, Eric served as Head of Operations at Jaquet Droz from May 2005 to May 2008, and held product and industrial project management positions at Baume et Mercier, Les Manufactures Cartier, and HGT Petitjean between 1995 and 2005. Eric holds an MBA in Management and Corporate Finance from HEC Lausanne, completed in 2011, and an engineering degree in Production and Supply Chain Management from UTBM, earned in 1995.
