Jonathan Smith (MBCS) is an experienced IT Solutions Consultant and Customer Success Manager, currently working at NewBase since May 2017. Jonathan has a strong background in technical solutions and customer support, having previously held positions as IT Solutions Creator and Technical Solutions Manager at Surety IT from September 2009 to March 2017. Prior roles include various technical and managerial positions at NCE Computer Group, Procom Technology USA, Trysis Ltd, and Symtec Computer Systems, where responsibilities encompassed project management, pre/post-sales support, and implementation of complex network systems. Jonathan holds a degree in Information Technology & Science from the University of Southampton, earned between 1987 and 1990.
