Sanjay Narayan serves as Senior Corporate Counsel at Auction.com since July 2022, providing legal and business counsel to the real estate technology company on corporate, legal, and compliance matters. In addition to this role, Sanjay is a Legislative Committee Member for the City of University Park, appointed by the City Council, and serves on the Texas Radiation Advisory Board, appointed by Texas Governor Greg Abbott. Sanjay is also an Advisory Board Member for Color Us United, an organization promoting a race-blind America. Previous experience includes positions at Wilson Elser, Loewinsohn Flegle Deary Simon LLP, GameStop, Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, and Jones Day, where Sanjay engaged in various legal specialties including labor and employment, complex litigation, and regulatory matters. Sanjay holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from Duke University, and a Certificate of Study in Business Economics and Public Policy from The Wharton School.
