Delano Mireles currently serves as the Sr. Director of Customer Success at Auctane since April 2023. Prior to this, Delano spent over a decade at ShipStation, progressing through various roles including Director of User Support, Sr. Account Manager, Account Manager, Sr. Director of User Support, and Director of Sales and Service. Delano also gained experience as an Account Executive at Kimbia from September 2011 to July 2013 and held the position of Sales Manager at Academic Superstore from January 2004 to August 2011. Initial career experience includes working as an Inbound Sales Representative at Apple Computer from October 1997 to October 2003. Delano holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies from St. Edward's University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
