Oladiran Fasina serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Biosystems Engineering at Auburn University, where also holds the position of Interim Associate Dean for Research and AAES Associate Director in the College of Agriculture. Prior experience includes serving as a Food Process Engineer at the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) and a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department of Food Science at the University of Saskatchewan.
