Katie Boyd, PhD, currently serves as the Director of the Office of Academic Insight and Associate Director of Academic Assessment at Auburn University, where responsibilities include overseeing assessment initiatives. Prior to this role, Katie Boyd was the Director of Analysis at Shine Early Learning, supporting Head Start programs to effectively serve low-income and at-risk families. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Assistantship at Virginia Tech, where Katie Boyd coordinated and taught courses in leadership initiatives and psychology from 2010 to 2015. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Master of Science in the same field, both from Virginia Tech, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Psychology from Wittenberg University.
