Doug Schlaudroff has extensive experience as a Product Development Engineer in the electrical field. Doug has worked at Auburn Gear, LLC since August 2015, focusing on advanced electric drive solutions. Prior to that, Doug was with Navistar Inc for over 25 years, serving as a Sr Product Development Engineer and Team Lead. Doug has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from ITT Technical Institute.
