Misty Roberts has a strong background in healthcare and management. Misty began their career as an Office Manager at the Law Office of Marc J. Weinpel, where they worked from 1991 to 1997. Misty then transitioned into the healthcare field, joining LHC Group as a Director of Nursing in 2011 and remaining in that role until 2014. Misty went on to serve as a Hospice Administrator at Grace Hospice from 2013 to 2015, where they were responsible for agency start-up and overseeing administrative policies. Misty then held the position of Clinical Manager at TRU Community Care from 2015 until September 2015. Misty then worked as the Director of Clinical Services at Rocky Mountain Home Care from September 2015 to May 2016. Misty later joined CHAP - Community Health Accreditation Partner as a Site Visitor from August 2019 to March 2020. Most recently, Misty has been working at Auburn Crest Home Health & Hospice as the Director of Compliance since March 2020.

Misty Roberts's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with a focus on Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Idaho State University. Misty also pursued a Master of Science in Palliative Care from the University of Colorado Denver. Misty has obtained additional certifications, including being a Palliative Care Community Specialist from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and being a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse from the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association.
