Maximilien Salmon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in IT procurement and change management. Currently serving as a Change Manager and IS/IT Global Lead Buyer at Aubert & Duval since January 2023, Maximilien previously held the position of Michelin IT Global Lead Buyer at Innoha, focusing on Software & Services. Prior to that, Maximilien was the Chief Executive Officer of BENIN EXCELLENCE, an NGO dedicated to launching various initiatives including libraries and medical services. Additional experience includes roles as an IT Purchaser at Groupe Galeries Lafayette and SFR, as well as internships in financial analysis and sales forecasting. Maximilien holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Negotiation and Project Management, and has recently completed an Executive Certificate in Change Management from Ecole Polytechnique Executive Education.
