Claire M. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer care and journalism. Currently serving as E-commerce Customer Care Manager at Aubade Paris since August 2020, Claire has previously held the position of Customer Care Manager for North Europe at ManoMano, focusing on delivering customer service excellence from January 2016 to August 2020. Claire's experience also includes roles as an E-commerce Project Manager for the UK/NL market at vente-privee, a Press Assistant at Magna Presse working with various notable fashion and décor brands, and journalistic positions at TF1 and meltyFashion. An educator as well, Claire taught English to a wide range of students between 2008 and 2013.
