Avinash Banerjee is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Regional Branch Banking Head for Karnataka at AU Small Finance Bank since May 2022. Prior to this role, Avinash held the position of Vice President at Kotak Mahindra Bank from April 2015 to May 2022, and served as Assistant Vice President and Area Head for Branch Banking at Ing Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank) from July 2010 to March 2015, managing retail liabilities across 37 branches. Earlier in the career, Avinash worked at Citi from October 2005 to July 2010, overseeing insurance and investment operations as the South Location Head. Avinash holds a BE and PGDM in Marketing from Alliance University Business School and a MDP in Organizational Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur.
