Fitz Ignacio is a seasoned professional with comprehensive experience in operations, marketing, and diversity and inclusion strategies. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Head of Operations at Atypical Company since October 2022, Fitz previously held multiple senior management roles at T-Mobile, including Sr. Manager of Brand, Studio & Web Operations, Sr. Business Operations Manager for Experience Design, and Sr. Diversity & Inclusion Strategy Partner within the HR department from July 2020 to July 2023. Fitz's earlier experience includes participation in the MBA Leaders-to-Executives Program at T-Mobile focusing on Procurement and IT Vendor Management in 2019 and serving as Corporate Director and Head of Sales & Marketing at DEI Properties, Inc. from 2012 to 2018. Fitz holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from De La Salle University.
