Preeti Shukla is an accomplished professional specializing in inclusive hiring and diversity, equity, and inclusion recruitment. Currently serving as the Deputy Manager for Inclusive Hiring at Atypical Advantage since August 2023, Preeti focuses on providing job opportunities to marginalized communities while engaging with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as a core club member at SCOPE and Prakriti Club, and as a Sales and Marketing Intern at SHEROES, where Preeti contributed to a project aimed at empowering aspiring women entrepreneurs through educational resources. Additional internships have been completed in human resources, marketing, and data mining at organizations such as Grow By Little, IFORTIS WORLDWIDEâ„¢, and Ortis Labs. Preeti holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Symbiosis International University, obtained in 2023, and has a foundational education from St. Michael's Convent School.
