Bryan Rutkowski has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on access networks. Bryan currently works as the Director of Product Line Management at ATX Networks Corp. Prior to this role, Bryan worked at Essentia, Inc. as a Business Development Consultant, where they built relationships with Cable MSO operators and developed organizational and process improvements. Before joining Essentia, Bryan spent many years at Comcast, where they held various leadership positions, including Divisional VP Engineering & Construction and Divisional Sr. Director of Engineering. During their time at Comcast, they led teams responsible for access network technology trials, operational support, and troubleshooting. Bryan also has experience as a Regional Engineering Manager and as an Area CMTS/DOCSIS Field Engineer.

Bryan Rutkowski obtained an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota between 1994 and 1998. From 2013 to 2015, they studied Accounting at the Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, though they did not complete a degree in this field.
