Jennifer Russo has extensive experience in the field of human resources, with their most recent role being Human Resources Director at Atwork since May 2023. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager at SpiderOak from December 2021 to May 2023 and at Tasso, Inc. from November 2020 to December 2021. Prior to these positions, Jennifer served as the Human Resources and Operations Manager at Cascade Bicycle Club from September 2019 to November 2020 and as the Chief People Officer at Petline Inc. from May 2018 to July 2019. Jennifer started their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Boeing from September 2016 to April 2018 and as a Human Resources Generalist at Guidant Financial from September 2013 to July 2016.

Jennifer Russo attended the University of Washington from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and History. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Human Resource Associate from Seattle Research Partners, Inc. in June 2015.
